What Is the Black Zodiac?
The Black Zodiac is a realm of Legend, far darker than the Zodiac or the Dark Zodiac – a cursed mirror of the stars where 12 tormented souls reign.
Before astrology became light-hearted memes and glittery horoscopes, there were primordial constellations that didn’t guide, but judged. They were not signs of personality. They were warnings.
The last man to see the stars as they truly are, an unnamed seer known only as The Final Scribe, was chosen to bear witness to these truths. He did not ask. He did not run. He simply obeyed when the stars bled red and called his name.
Deep beneath the crust of time, in a cavern untouched by sun or sanity, an ancient truth was carved into the bones of the world of twelve black zodiac curses.
In a feverish trance, he was shown visions of these twelve dark archetypes, each a perversion of the zodiac signs, and then he carved tablets into the stone over twelve moon cycles. Beneath these tablets he carved a warning:

“When all signs align and the stone breathes red,
A name shall be spoken that wakes the dead.
Beware the reader who sees their fate,
For knowing the curse is sealing the gate.”

The Twelve Black Zodiac Tablets
When the stars bled and the void whispered, he carved the curses that bind us all.
♈ The Tyrant (Aries): Power without compassion.
Born in war and crowned in fire, the Tyrant rules through fear. His strength is absolute, but it leaves only ruin.
The Final Scribe carved him to warn: might without mercy becomes a curse that crushes all.
♉ The Fallen Demon (Taurus): Pleasure without restraint.
Once divine, now damned by desire. The Fallen Demon offers comfort as a trap, riches as a leash.
Its tablet was etched to expose the danger of giving in to every craving – until nothing remains but hunger.
♊ The Silent Assassin (Gemini): Truth split by deceit.
A twin-faced whisper in the dark, the Assassin speaks in riddles and cuts with silence.
The Scribe immortalized it as a warning: when truth is divided, it dies in shadow.
♋ The War Maiden (Cancer): Empathy turned into rage.
The War Maiden weeps and wages battle with the same hand. Her heart breaks—and then burns.
She was carved to remind us that care, when corrupted, can become wrath beyond reason.
♌ The Basilisk (Leo): Confidence twisted into vanity.
Gazed upon and adored, the Basilisk turns glory into poison. Its beauty demands sacrifice.
The Scribe carved it to show how the spotlight can scorch, and pride can petrify.
♍ The Maelstrom (Virgo): Order collapsing into chaos.
The Maelstrom began as structure, spiraled into obsession, and shattered into ruin.
Its curse is precision turned madness. Its stone cries out: too much control breeds only collapse.
♎ The Ravenous (Libra): Balance devoured by envy.
Ever weighing, ever wanting, the Ravenous feasts on what it does not have.
The Final Scribe trapped it in stone to teach: envy dressed as fairness still hungers for what it cannot hold.
♏ The Serpent (Scorpio): Rebirth poisoned by obsession.
The Serpent sheds skin not to grow, but to deceive. It coils around its prey with love laced in venom.
Its warning is clear: rebirth is nothing if it binds you to what should be buried.
♐ The Tempest (Sagittarius): Freedom burnt to ash.
The Tempest rides with fire in its eyes and ruin at its heels. It seeks the horizon only to destroy it.
The tablet bears its storm to caution: freedom without purpose is destruction without end.
♑ The Leviathan (Capricorn): Ambition swallowing the soul.
Rising from the deep, the Leviathan claws ever upward – never satisfied. Its ambition consumes kingdoms and kin alike.
The Scribe sealed it to remind us that unchecked drive leads only to drowning in the dark.
♒ The Beast (Aquarius): Rebellion without humanity.
The Beast breaks chains by becoming the jailer. It tears down to rebuild in its own monstrous image.
The tablet speaks: revolution without compassion births only a new tyrant.
♓ The Sword (Pisces): Sacrifice made in delusion.
The Sword believes the wound is holy. It bleeds for false visions, dying for lies.
Its inscription is a final plea: not all martyrs are noble – some are simply lost.
